Color copies, sizes 8.5x11 and 11x17; 1 or 2 sided; on 20lb white bond. (Bleeds are not offered for online ordering. Image must fit into the selected size, with a 1/4” margin on all sides.)
Posters sizes 8.5x11, 11x17, 12x18 on 100lb gloss cover stock.
• What additional services are offered by Copymasters NMB in our North Miami Beach location?
All printing services listed on our price list including full color printing, offset printing, invitations, brochures, newsletters, posters and signs, booklets, ad journals, business cards, letterheads & envelopes, magnets, stamps, design and typesetting and much more.
• What software and file formats are accepted?
We accept the following file formats: PDF, EPS, PSD, TIFF, JPEG
*PSD and EPS files should have the fonts converted to outlines or paths.
We accept files created in the following programs: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Files created in Pagemaker, Quark or CorelDraw must be exported as pdf or eps files, with the fonts converted to outlines and all graphic elements embedded.
We do not accept Microsoft files.
– When supplying a native file (InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop):
Include all images and graphic files imported into the document. Graphics that are missing
when we receive the file either will not print, or will print at low resolution and will look
pixelated or fuzzy.
Include all fonts used in the document - both printer and screen fonts. If the fonts are missing,
the text will not print properly and the layout can change. *It is preferable to convedrt all fonts
or paths or outlines)
Scan any images with a good resolution - 300 dpi is best, especially if the file is being enlarged.
– When exporting files to pdf or eps, or to avoid font issues in Photoshop:
Convert all fonts to paths or outlines. Be sure to embed all images, and export at a high
resolution. If exporting from an application which does not allow creating paths or outlines
from fonts, make sure to specify that all fonts are embedded in the exported file.

• How do I place my ONLINE order?
Use the Online Order Form to order color copies, posters or signs. Follow the instructions for uploading your file, or email the file to orders@copymastersnmb.com, being sure to include your name and contact information in the email.
• What if I want something from the price list not available on the ONLINE order form?
Email your request to: info@copymastersnmb.com. Files smaller than 2MB can be attached to the email. larger files must be uploaded via the FTP site as described above.

• How long will it take to complete my order?
Most orders will be completed 1-2 business days from the time the file is received.
• Will I be charged sales tax?
Florida residents will be charged 7% Florida sales tax.
• How will my order be shipped, and is local pick up available?
Unless specified, all orders will be shipped via FedEx ground at standard ground rates.
